i dont know if anyone else who plays the BRM freeroll on stars has noticed but i did and there is a ton of Ukrainian players who seem to play it and i never seem to not have atleast two at my table.
what i find odd about it is i NEVER see posts from people from the Ukraine on the forums i was just curious if brm has a large amount of members from Ukraine. or maybe stars is very popular there i really dont know all i know is i see a ton of them in or mobster LEADERBOARD freroll
again i am not a racist person lmfao i just happened to notice this.

tons of russians ukrainians and romanians abuse the BRM password on facebook, the majority of them arent members.
------------ plus without the americans on stars, canada has really become a minority in the online poker world lol seems like a lot of canadians quit when we couldnt beat up our younger brothers on the poker tables

It would be racist to attribute traits to all players based on where they are from. Noticing a lot of players are from certain places is just good observation.
From my experiences playing against those from Eastern European countries I would say that a majority of them are quite new to poker and are usually LAGs but there are still plenty of Eastern European players with excellent poker skills and they will happily take the stack of anyone basing their pokers decisions on racism.

True that. Whenever a site opens up a new market you get a massive influx of players, many of them total donks or just newbies. They either learn or fall by the wayside. Then, the focus for people accusing players from a certain region of being donks moves to the next market that the site pushes it's product in.

thats a good way to lighten up the issue dude! anyways most freerolls there are tons of russians /ukrainians but nevertheless just play tight and play along sometimes they will have your stack doubled

There are many mobsters who opt not to participate on the forum, it’s a choice and we have to respect it. Recently, I don’t know if it was already this year or still in December, there were a couple of threads from first time posters who were members from BRM for more than a year. We can’t judge. We can only question if all players registered at the tourney are mobsters, but that is something BRM itself had already explained: they give us the pass, only to registered members, then we just have to keep it for us. And you can see there are more than 430,000 registered members at BRM, so that makes it possible to have a freeroll full of people who don’t even participate on any other activity from the site. It’s a choice. No one said you would be only playing against popular mobsters, whose nicks are always in every threads due to their regular participation.

i don't have something clear about ucranians , i see only 1-2 maxim or none at the table on brm. But i see 2-7 russian players .... once played at a table with 7 russians. And i don't know if it's from the votka or not, but they don't play poker ... they play it for luck, and sometimes they have big time of luck, like me AA against a russian with 72 .... preflop raise 8 x BB ( BB = 100 ) , i got re-raised by him all-in ... and yes some romanians players same ... just wait for their luck or just trying to , i don't know to play poker .... but again me AA raise on the preflop, he go all-in, i call , he had 75, on the flop he got 7 4 7. A normal person when some1 raise preflop , and you are not even BB SB .... you just can't call / raise with 7 5.... Another thing that i saw, so many players go all-in just cause they have an A like A 6 , A 7, A 8....

Agree with you about ' there are still plenty of Eastern European players with excellent poker skills' their feeling or instinct really good , just make me jealous . I imagine for them poker just gambling game.
Hope some Ukrainian tell how their play or philosophy about poker
sometimes they will have your stack doubled
