Brm freeroll  0
So after I cashed in 4th in the leaderboard 3-4 months ago , I decided to give the pokerstars brm freerolls another try , but damn , things have changed so drastically , 3-4 month ago , you'd have about 3 k players registered , now t here are 7k + :| , and the donkfest is so unreal , you'd think that just in the early stages , but damn , 240 players left , i'm in position 37 , and the donk fest is amazing , people going all in with all sorts of crap , I have 2 russians killing the table , calling any 2 , and I mean any crappy hand , for example 1 just called 80 % of his stack with 7 2 , and kicked a guy with A Q , it's pretty damn sad that no one in the administration is doing anything about this .

------------
And an update , I'm out in about 200th , after a stupid russian bingo queen , re-raised me all in , I have A Q , he holds 9 10 , of course he hits two pairs , and that's about it , seriously admin , you should just cancel the whole pokerstars bankrollmob freerolls and crap , since you guys don't give a rats a$$ about the 90 % of players that are not bankrollmob members , it's just a bad move against the members that actually want to have a good run in this leadearboard.

yeah situation is really sh1tty- but it's been talked about a million times and nothing changes, so i guess there's no point in writing about it....

oh i have thought of this idea a while back- since brm have no will/ abilities etc. to change the current situation drastically (and they might have a point in doing so) what they could do is try to add something to the current offering: i.e. brm currently offers 8 freerolls ($25) a day- what they might do is to add home games tourneys say 1-2 times a week (same $25 prize-pool) or they might drop the daily freerolls to 7, which saves $25 and offer 1 daily brm freeroll for home game club members (who will be only real brm'ers)- the way i see this, brm won't have any additional expenses to cover, but would diversify their offerings a bit & make more people happier...

The problem is, from a purely business perspective, this is good for BRM, that's 7k+ people that are aware of BRM and might sign up and take a few bonuses.

Ultimately these free-rolls aren't for our enjoyment. They are there to attract more traffic to the site.

At the end of the day BRM is a business.

zeroster has a point. No matter what, thats advertising at some point for BRM.
Now how many new members this attracts only BRM knows.
But to keep doing it like this it means it works.

i'm not saying to drop the brm freerolls- all i'm saying they might consider vary their offering, instead of 8 regular freerolls, they might offer 7 & 1 new offer (maybe a home game freeroll, maybe sth else)

oh and this makes me scratch my head- why the hell 80+ % of the brm freeroll players aren't brm memebers- afterall it takes 5 min to create an account & you can participate in leaderboard as well...& take ndb as well...and a bunch of other goodies...to me people who play & do not register here look like total idiots...

Well , from a different perspective , it's a bad bussines solution , because most of them , don't care about bankrollmob , they just want to try their super donkey abilities to win a few $ , imagine if they would have a solution so that non-mobsters wouldn't be able to join , then those 53420592345432 bingo players, would personally have to come to the website , and see what it's all about , but now they can just get the password from facebook , other sh1tty sites , probably even the local newspaper , so they just don't give a damn about bankrollmob.

Probably most of them playing by getting the password from other sites, dont even bother to check
what is going on.
Cause if you get a ton of passwords every day to play in different sites, i doubt
all of them would check what is going on.
And maybe they are not every day players to participate in the leaderboard so they dont care
of signing up. Who knows.

Well the fact that there are 477,069 members and 352,091 bankrolls given would suggest otherwise.

But we'll never actually know for sure if this works for them or not.

You're wrong!

1)From 7k people, at least 3/4 are clones!

2)If BRM will make registration only with tickets, for BRM members ONLY, like in the lobby info sez, at the end of the day, you will see many new members. BRM FRs are the only good FRs ATM (even PS FRs have a 10$ prize), so people will register here for tickets, FOR SURE. It will be like when you will tell to some kid, DON'T DO THAT. He will do it. Forbiden things are much atractive! And people will see how easy is to join and get the ticket, they will spread the word! And at the final of the month, we will see the difference!

Bud, sadly, seems like no one cares about that, about us...ect...

Maybe there is another things what we don't know about it...

I may well be wrong but neither you or I is making the decisions. I'm just trying to show how BRM administration might view this.

Believe me I'd like the free-rolls to be restricted to BRM members only just as much as you would.

That would eliminate plenty off the users using the password sites.
Also the thing with the multi-registrants we saw recently in Full Tilt.

people going all in with all sorts of crap , I have 2 russians killing the table , calling any 2 , and I mean any crappy hand.

I know that!
I realized that if in the deck would be cards like: 0,5, -1, -2...some morons will still go all in or call with them. And the numbers of morons is huge!

Yup...played one last night,...the first for ages and 6k plus filed...soon whittled down to next to no one but bombed out around 300 with AA versus 73o. You win some you lose some and then there is Pokerstars!

Which proves nothing! Just because their are more than enough members to fill every freeroll does not mean that everyone playing is a member. You might as well state that because every man is a person that means that every person is man so every woman is actually a man.

Zeroster I can see some logic in opinion that 7000 players attract more BRM site like 1000. But when we realize some other facts, I think its completely opposite.

First important thing is that many of that players (surely over 80%) are not BRM members and never visited this site. They have password from many other sites.. just type "poker freerol passwords" to google and you will see how many results it finds... and most of them have brm passwords there.

So if they can find password on other sites, they dont have reason to find brm site and register here. If they will not be able to find password on other sites, some of them will leave it, but many of them will google for "bankrollmob" and they find this site. So I think, that to make some restrictions it only can bring here more visitors and users...

477069 members.. It is nice number, but how many of them are active? How many just came here to take b0nus and never visited this site again? Smile I think we could easily see it on leaderrboard on unniibet last year. That freerols played around 300-400 players. Just because its smaller pokersite and there was minimal interest of nonmembers...

Check this out!

I have two hands, played by an russian (2/7o in the row). His nick is sibai02. I'm very curious if he is a BRM member. I bet he is not. So.. these are the people who are able to play these FRs, without any contribution. That's why they don't give a sh!t about what they play...

P.S. I hope is allowed to post BOOM links with that two hands..is nothing commercial...

boomplayer.com/ro/poker-hands/Boom/2078081_F7DCB7B5C4
boomplayer.com/ro/poker-hands/Boom/2078102_53F95FD7DD

copy-paste in browser withot vvvvvv

Enjoy! xD

@Weenie: they don't need to google anything! They just "LIKE" a FCBK page with FRs passwords and password will just come to them!

Good day everyone Smile
The brm freeroll is really good ... but its getting worse and worse every single day by leaking of the freeroll ... most of the players who play this are actually not brm members ... and the donk fest which makes it even more sick ..hope to see a new leaderboard in some other site !!
Good luck at the tables Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
