AGA oppose PokerStars' New Jersey Move  0
American Gaming Association (AGA) ,in a brief submitted to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, has said that allowing the online site to enter the state would "send a damaging message" to the gaming world. Moreover, they suggest that PokerStars carried out a "systematic flouting of U.S. law".
The protest by the AGA is somewhat expected as they represent several large casino chains, including Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts.
PokerStars' Eric Hollreiser told that it was a matter for "expert regulators" and "not self-interested partisans picking a public fight".
PokerStars recently rejected an offer for the Rio Casino, as well as rights to the WSOP, from Caesars Entertainment. The deal was proposed by Caesars as a way for the online site to build a "better relationship" that would facilitate their license application in Nevada.

What a joke, do you mean that the people that represent casinos are the same that are behind AGA?

If that is the case it's clear that they took this position but frankly i do not believe that they have the means to oppose PS especially in NJ, in Nevada maybe...

The less the better for all casinos.SO they will try anything in their power
preventing all newcomers.
I wonder to see how this will end up.
Cause Poker Stars running the online poker right now and their pockets are deep.
