From what i know this kind of threads are not allowed here on the forum so i'm not sure if it's okay what you posted...

You can't cashout those 10 euros to a card and then deposit on stars?

my pay pal is slovenian and i have 10 euro i can send you a pic if you want but is registerd to be slovenian. And i canot approve the paypal so i can send money on card i only can send money on email i was searching for a solution for 10 days. i hope someone can halp me that have a normal paypal.
