You are not giving more details here. As to where you did upload the ID, here or on Full Tilt. You can contact BRM by sending them an email through your personal page. to see whats the problem might be. If you do send an email, keep the reference number that they will send you for future communication.

i believe clearing cookies means that you should scan you house for any leftover cookies and eating them asap, then send your id with the photos from wc confirming that cookies have been cleared and transformed into material that can be converted into biogas and biofertilizer via anaerobic digester

Either do that from your browser you are using or get a free program to do that, like Ccleaner. Its an easy to use and a fast program that does a great job. You can clean you registry too. After that retry with the whole ID thing.

There is a tutorial on how to clear your cookies from Bankrollmob that you can find here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gw12x0Z1ts4 , the best way to do it is indeed to download a software like CCleaner to do it for you...
After cookies are cleared you do not get an message, you can notice that there are no url saved into your browser.

yea you should use ccleaner on top of your 'normal' history cleaning.
And btw ftp really doesnt ask for your id all that often. In fact i managed to cashout without being asked for id check (maybe thats because i come from a reputable site like this one ? ). Sure it was just a relatively small cashout but its still nice of them.
I never got my head around that part of online poker sites policy anyways. You are allowed to deposit 2849 billions without ever being asked for id check. But all out of sudden, if you want to cashout $18, after depositing 2849 billions, they ask for your ID check because, you know, its good for YOU and they want to make sure its YOU who gets those 18 bucks. Seriously?
edit: and btw OP, my first few tickets took a few days to hit my account so lets give it another day or two first. And for some reason it never registered here (on brm, even if i got my free tickets and stuff) and brm page still says i could claim that bonus (again?), which ofc i wont do but still.. its odd really :o)
