Hello. I got the message about approval of free bankroll on winnerpoker on 3/19/2014 and still dont have the money. I waited for 5 business days (as written in the instructions) and contacted the support, but still havent got any answer. What should I do now? I am really concerned

Hmm did you check the term to see if your country is still eligible or something along the lines. i got my winnerpokerbonus after a week or so, I think sooner but this was like some months ago so not too sure how it is now. Maybe somebody who just got the bonus will come and tell you in more details if they are taking longer or not.
Anyway it just might be some delay on winnerpoker ends and hopefully it will be processed soon. Anyway keep the faith and play on other rooms for now!

Such delays can happen to any no deposit bonus. Since you are approved, there is nothing to worry about. All you have to do is have some more patience and wait for it. If everything is right, there is no chance not to get it

Wait couple of days more, i have no experience with this specific no deposit bonus but you should know that you can wait up to two full weeks with no deposit bonuses...
I tell you this from experience, i waited that long on my party poker no deposit account. GL!

Still nothing, but what surprises me, I have got any answer (since I sent an email).. I respect that it takes some time, that BM has work to do, but it is like 7 days since I sent the email...

Everything went fine with me when i asked for my ndb at winner... a couple of years ago! Sometimes it can take more than the days they say, either because of the day you requested, or someother reason on the site itself, but one will always be aware of everything because BRM gives us the indication of the point of situation about each request. If you don't get any useful answer here, you can always email BRM personally to receive official info about that.

Well, I cant.. When I want to contact them when signed in on the page, nothing happens after clicking on contact by mail (or live chat).. However, when I am not signed in, only then I can write an email, and I have alrdy done that with no answer.

Try sending them an email again. The first one you have sent may have been displaced. It happens. Also if they have a phone number better try that one, if their live chat doesnt work. Have checked to see if live chat has specific hours that works and its not 24Hrs support?

i truly believe that this situation is the consequence of increased by-polar molecular activity due to the excessive anti-gravitational forces that go in effect on Mondays. the only possible and wise thing to do here is to cover you eyes and count to 745. if this doesn't help then SHTF is near, i just feel it.

A miracle happenned. I got an reply from support, so now I know that they are not ignoring me Paradoxically, I got my bonus on Duckpoker in like 1 or 2 days

See? Everything just went fine after all! And each bonus is a different thing, don't compare or generalize it. But i feel happy to know that your Duck Poker ndb wass fast to get, as that will be my next aquisition! Now, remember what everyone is always telling about bankroll management: don't spend it all at once, or you will be beating your head on the wall in just a few minutes. Ad, after so many time waiting for the bonus, loosing it all at once shouldn't be much pleasant... GL!

Cheers see it is just some delay might have been the poker room in question, so finally you get it and I am very happy that you got the bonus. Now you can use the bonus to print money hopefully. Anyway have fun with the cash, winnerpoker have some good field , lots of fishes though traffic on the sngs can be hard to find. But cash games etc there are more fishes but they are nit. So easily exploitable.

well you did get it afterall, it just takes some time. Some bonuses take even less than approx but also, some might take 3x longer than expected... its free money so theres really no need to complain about it Just apply for it, and when its there... its there, and until that happens - just apply and forget about it
