Hi

each week this games gets usually about 30-40 players roughly.

Two weeks ago, there was like, 100 players but 7 out of 9 at the tables were sat out.

last week was back to normal, but then this week, 90 players and again 7/9 sat out.

Any idea why?

I think people just forget, then they reg even though they know they can't play just hoping to win some money, and as you know, sit outs do. Aww crap! Aww crap!

yeah i did consider that
but two things bother me

1) 70%+ is a high sit out for such a small game and

2) why the big spike in numbers for 2 weeks when every other week has so few players

True very strange cause you have to get points to enter this tournament then you register and you forget it. Question Question Question Question Question Question Question Question Question

Call the poker police, if they don't do nothing get the mob to handle it.

Maybe Party Poker started pre-registering some players?

I doubt that party poker register a player to a tournament without his approval...

Anything is possible but i think many players that register forget about it lol

Well with more or less players it´s a great freeroll to play
Some times it´s a bit annoying to deal with all the sit outs but sometimes it´s a easy way to increase safely your bankroll if you are patience
I love to play this freeroll Thumbs Up Worship Worship

Hmm more likely it is at different time zone i remembered once i played at the tournament of 200 dollars, and did see many sitout because of the timezone, i was too far away and could just play several hands and it was very tight at the first few minutes and i was made, action was slow and tight and i played the 2nd hand quick as i was bored and managed to be the first one busted lol. Anyway mate good luck at the tables if you currently playing or will play soon. Cheers Big Smile

Why you doubt that Party Poker would do preregister players?
They used to do that often with tickets, when you were getting auto registered for the next
available tourney and you had to unregister if you didnt want to play.
Its been a long time since i played there, so i dont know if they are keep practicing like that.

I would be very happy if the table i was on that most of the players were sitting out. This very rarely happens to me but it seems to happen quite regularly if you read this forum, i must be in the wrong tourneys!!

not sure why would anyone complain about such a thing Tongue yea i get it, it could get a bit dull or boring at some point... but its basically a way to get, easy, free bankroll so you gotta make some sacrifices man Tongue

Who would complaint being in a table with the rest of the players sitting out?
Thats like hitting a small lotto Smile building a stack with no risk helping you to reach
the final table. Some times getting all the chips from the first table is all you need
to reach the money.

Your question was appriopriate annd you dont have to justified yourself cause some answer where very far from from appropriate. When you have to earn 50 points to participate in a tournament its not exactly a freeroll and forget is not a very good answer.
Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
