sometimes it takes a little longer then usual, as long as your information is correct, brm sends the information to partypoker, and then partypoker transfers the money to your account, so it could be partypoker that is slow.

haha now you learn about party poker you have to listen to me more i am a fervent supporter of not joining party poker because of the problems i encountered with them, first of all software buggy as hell, sometimes you lose connection and next time you connected again you see you have just lost the hands and played for nothing, then there is fee for cashout and support is slow and they are morons and sometimes cashout takes like ever like yours for example. Anyway good luck hope you get your cash!

.....Really... a fee...?
I've never been charged a fee for cashing out there...AND,...it's lightning fast for me...! Within an hour or so,...the cash is in my Instadebit...!!!
Once you have made a few transactions with PP and your ewallet or whatever,...the link is established and verified,...so transactions from that point on are VERY fast...surprizingly and pleasantly fast TOO.....!

Contacting Party Poker's support in any way wont give him any answers i think. Cashing out BRM points the time is somekind normal after all By next Friday you will probably have your new bankroll.

after waiting for whole 13 days i can only suggest you to wait another 13 days before contacting the IFBDA - international fcuking bastards and degenerates association with the details of your non existent transaction. i am sure that IFBDA will give you all the help needed to combat this issue.
