I think you should have checked the turn, other then that you played it correctly.

You played it fine. There's no getting away from these type of situations, but they even out over time, so don't worry about it.

I had a couple of those hands, and I cant still forget one that put me on tilt for 3 days... I had JJ flop comes out J77, other player goes all in I call and he show me 77 :S that was very bad beat for me, that even put mine poker skils at question... but I know I didnt do anything wrong

I am okay with the way you played it from start to finish. Your opponent will rarely have quads so you can't start adjusting your game thinking "What if?" Thumbs Up

I thing your bet on the flop was not high enogh. It should have been over pot size. If he then raises you can still fold. If he calls you might just check the turn and see what happens. But if he is that loose maybe it was OK.

Being on tilt for three days is so much more expensive than this one hand you lost. And there is no reason for it, as there is no getting away from it. Just shrug your shoulders and move on.
Instead focus on hands you played badly (including the ones that you won), so you can learn from it.

You played it fine, I don't think you can ever fold the river. But one thing I think to note is the flop. Your bet is optimal (although no one is folding a 10 in micro stakes in that spot), but your hand is so vulnerable. The turn is one of the worse cards, as a lot of J hand combinations limp/call the flop (JT, QJ, J9, KJ, AJ etc). Your hand is at its peak vulnerability, as you're now behind a fair amount of his flop flaying range (but still ahead of most). It's hard to believe someone would call 7/10th of the pot with a measly J, but it happens. Check/calling the turn is viable but you want to get value from draws, so betting is fine. The river is the second best card for you, and he could just as easily be raising the same hand as you. It's unlucky, but tread lightly in these scenarios.

Do we really need to bet the river here? The third jack means, that we no longer beat any other queen, and i don't see any other hand, that will give us three streets of value on that board.

I think we still get value from TT, random 9's, possible A high combinations. We have the fourth nuts and it's so hard to believe a J on that board (the turn would be believable but hardly the river). We're chopping all Q's, losing only to AA, KK and J hands, 3 hands that are hard to believe. His river raise cuts all of floating hands out (unless villan is capable of turning them into bluffs, unlikely), but I don't think you can ever fold. It's a weird river to raise, but you can assume most J's are raising the tun, giving the wet board. Apparently not in this hand, but I think most of the time villan didn't play his hand like a J.
