Since the beginning of the year i just cant win. I am loosing with very good hand and i hope that poker good come back on my side very soon. As an example a few minute ago i was playing a$1.50 18 man SNG i had double my stack early the i have KK and a small stack call allin i call he it a flush. Later again with KK ne raise i reraise he go all in with A 4o flop AA and i was gone.
I dont remember having win a hand with KK since the new year.

Ive had a pretty bad go on mtts so far this year with no final tables. Have now centerd my focus back to 50/50's since my win rate is much better. Im sure itll turn back around years still young. Gl to u.
------------ I agree woth kk too. Have lost lots with that and also jj qq. Never fails when i have a high pocket pair someone has a higher one its unreal at times

so far its good year for me... I am 30$ in plus and I am in pokerstars leaderboard... Ill try to stay on it till end of the month, so now I must only focus on bankrollmob freeroll on pokerstars... wish me luck!!!
I envy all of your problems. So far in this year I've done absolutely nothing, I achieved absolutely nothing and I feel that soon I will become absolutely nothing. So, we can call this a good start, then? 2015 is the year of the goat according to the chinese but of course reading about this zodiac things on a website I can say at the end I learned absolutely nothing. 18 mans can be very painful to grind, more than 80% of my lifetime volume has been played there, and eventhough I had at times one of the highest winrates at $3.50s and $7s even I had downswings of almost 100 buy ins at the worst times. If you can put in good volume then you'll overcome that relativly quickly. If you dont play many tables though I recommend you to play lower variance games, such as 9 player KO STTs, 12 and 27 man MTSNGs are also low variance with high winrates possible.

May i ask y the 27mans would be lower variance then the 18mans? Just curious im still trying to find the game that best suits me. Do u think the 9 player KOs are better to grind then say 50/50s?

My new year has been quite allright so far. I am doing OK in the tournaments I play. I am having regular cashes, but unfortunately nothing big so far. Of course I have had my bad beats as well this year especially on 888.

MY new year is very slow. maybe will be better later on if and when I have enough money to play some of my favorite tournaments (Rebuy MTT's). Hope to play moderatly and not get carried away again on the game.
