he did all conditions to get bonus gift from PKR, but he isn't reciving gift.... He wrote mail to them and he didnt get answer... and he probably want to ask something about it... Thats how I understand it...

Hi mate.
First of all, when you did that thing, if you did a few days ago is strange, if you did in one or two day ago, is normal thing, and about the reply from email the same thing, one or two days is normal, more is strange. For my if you didnt receive any kind of response, send again a email or see your account on PKR, and wait like 48 hours to see what happen, if after that you dont have this resolved, contact the bankrollmob admins and see what they say.
