Yes this is a very good way to take it and if you dont learn of your lost then you become a continual loser and no bankroll will be there very long for you. I did made a very bad mistake this afternoon but it was a freeroll so no cost but a lot of frustration for having played so bad.
Yeah, my mantra is some cursewords repeating after each other and then some more cursewords repeating after the first chain of cursewords. Then some more cursewords. It works like sh1t, but hey at least I am not breaking things. Yet.

yes.trully theres no one a champion doesnt know and learn mistakes its either learning experience with others or taking some advice without this i dont know how a person called himself a champion.

Yes you are right, in life like in poker, we do things, or get good, or get bad, but in both sides we learn something, is experience that you take for the future, in life we learn and the next time that something iqual happens we know who to react, in poker is like the same, we play and remember other hands that we have played and thing to play the best that we can. Is allways a repeative things that guide you for the best or for the highs levels.

Yeah lol, in life you win and lose. but you have to take the loses positively like you did with that picture it says a lot with just one picture you always win or learn when you loses, anyway nice post hope you have fun at the tables and keep learning and you will go far in the future at poker, cheers guys good luck again and have fun at the tables and make us proud and win a lot of money , cheers peace out guys now, Im out!

my mantra is to bring a bottle of shaving cream when i am playing live and if things don't go my way i ask for a toilet break and rush to re-shave and re-polish my balls... obviously online poker has it's own advantages and allows me to have a bottle of shave cream right next to pc- no need to take any toilet breaks... on the downside- when i am running sh1tty i spend about 95% of tourney shaving and polishing my balls, which is kinda tiresome...

This is a really good view on an approach to much of life (even ball shaving and polishing, which also can benefit from learning). However, we must also set our minds on learning from a winning position too, so that we do not become complacent and allow the competition to get an edge.
