yes I have neteller account, and I activated it and used it, you have button that says activate, as I remember, if not there is button that says unverified, so click there, and they will ask you to upload pic of id or drivers licence as I remember, and probably to take a pic of you from your web cam, or to upload it... it is something like that... I had little problem, because they rejected me first time, so I send one more time, and it was all ok, made few transaction from neteller, and its all flawless

First of all u must be ready to pay 13 $ for that card and when u correctly fill up ur ID they will send it to ya. U have to wait 2 weeks. I hqve Net+ and i find it great plus i can use it on every Atm that accepts Mastercard. Neteller also has an affiliate program and u get points on every deposit.

you dont need netteler + card, I didnt request it, and I dont have it... but if you want it, you can make deposit to neteller, and request it... I would gladly send you 13$ but my acc on neteller is at 0 :S I used my internet visa card to make deposit to neteller, or you can request cashout from here to neteller if you have 5k points

Arsenej we balkans are known to be hotblooded, and its not far from the truth, but as for me, im really calm person, except for this time, when i have this frog face italian who is sticking his nose in other people business, i asked StheP a question, not the frog eating, mozzarella brain, hands speaking, mafia complexed, spaghetti for limbs, dumb cuunts italians, who think they r soooooo tough until they pick a fight with balkan guy, then they look for the exit, this was a post between me and StheP, i got no beef with nobody, i dont go putting my nose in other peoples business, and u r trying to cover for him, as if, he was somehow joking and i didn't get the joke, yeaaaahhhhh right, try that with some1 else

Bro ,dont stress about them,we are the best U can try to transfer money from stars or ft (if u have) to neteller and after that u can upload documents.I verifed in that manner.But contact their support,they are fast in answers.

Pero bro, i have tried to do that with FT, but since i did not made a deposit i made all my money from scratch, i have to first make deposit to later be able to withdraw money from them, and it only works with the method i made the deposit, for ex. if i put money from netteler to FT, i can only withdraw on netteler, and so on for visa mastercard direct bank acc. transfer, and in order to put money from netteler to FT, first i have to put money on netteler and activate my acc. there, only then i can make transactions with netteler, plus i want to make the net+card that also costs 10 euro but thats no problem once i activate the acc.
------------ also forgot to mention the problem, i cant do anything i said above coz my bank acc. is frozen and there is no other way to transfer money to my netteler acc. if i could, this post would have not existed, and thank you bro for always being there and trying to help

It is easy you have to verify your account first i presume you will have to upload a verification documents, you can use an identity card, that is your country national identify card to verify your age and so on and you will be able to use it if not there are other ways like if you have a valid driving licence to use it as a verification tool you could also use some other means like passport and so on, good luck hope you manage to!
