This is unbelivable... 42$ spin and to go out like this... its apsurd... I was 97.2% favorite on flop to win...

I really don't know what this guy was doing pre flop calling your re raise with Q 8o. This i s a real bad beat against a calling station type of player.

These Spin games are really like playing roulette. Many players would go all in with any cards thinking that this game is just a luck game. Aww crap! Aww crap!

whoa lol.

as i saw the flop and your opponents holecards i was like "wtf he talking, he cant lose this hand".
i had to look twice to realize by what hand you lost. sick.

This was a really sick bad beat. To flop the absolute nuts and lose can be quite soul destroying. If this happened to me, i wouldn't be able to play for the rest of the day. You got all your money in good and you couldn't do anymore than that. Very unlucky.

A loose player like that would probably have called with any two cards. I guess you have already sharkscoped your opponent. What do his statistics look like? I will be damned if he is a profitable tournament player.

Wow Sad Really, really hate this, with nothing he pay you and at the flop he knew when flop show three diamond and you raise a huge stake that you had one or two diamond. But he play a lottery from begining and didn't watched what will happen there..
Poker is sometimes a big lottery!!

This is painful , the man thought it was safe winner , but does not think poker stars , to me personally something happened like you , I had AA and the flop is A , K , K , my opponent had K , J , and I immediately went all inn , as my opponent then the river card is K , I lost , I was so nervous that I did not take a cent Angry Aww crap!

A pretty horrific beat after the flop, but not so horrid before it.

Preflop, his call maybe a little loose but heads up, its ok.
On the flop, the only thing he is fearing is hero having two diamonds, he is pretty much ahead nearly all the time against anything else, and will have outs too.

He was almost certainly hoping you would lay down, and on most occasions you would.

Overall:
Preflop maybe a little loose, but it is probably a +ev call.
Flop almost certainly a +ev shove.
Horrific result the way it went after the money went in, but that's poker.

I feel for you, but its not as bad as people are making out. Anyone suggesting it is, probably is being results orientated.

I would like to see his sharkscope too tbh.

Interesting hand and goes to show just how odds in poker sometimes makes it worth calling with anything. My initial thought was that you really should have shoved all in from the start (rather as I suspect trying to get money out of your opponent with a simple re raise.). He had Q8 which given the odds is an easy call Heads up. This assessment is then endorsed by you check raising the flop....... Trying to get money out of him..! .... And when the Q comes on the flop he's pretty happy....... And I'm surprised he didn't shove then as he was then pot committed..... Which you probably both were pre flop.

Smile and move on knowing that you lost to the better hand.

definitly a shitty beat.. ive learned when playing spins to never try and trap or slow play anything really. for the most part top pair any kicker is a good hand. being in the other guys shoes i would have done the same on flop after your check and more then likly would have called if you pushed on flop too. i dont think i would have called your reraise preflop though. eather way i feel for you but can understand his play after flop. doesnt make ut any less frustrating though Aww crap!

You are saying that the pre flop call of the vilain was a little loose. I would call that a suicide call after a min. raise and you get re raised you have to put your opponent on at least A 10 and up or maybe a pair. So you have to hit or you are loosing the hand IMO after the re raise it would be a fold.

Bad play postflop from your Opponent, he only hold top pair. But i think he thought that you only hold and flush draw and didn´t hit. And his runner runner full house must be a bad joke. You hit the nutflush, that was verry strong...

The postflop play was perfect.

The pre-flop play was ok or too loose, depending on a few factors.

But there was nothing wrong post-flop.

I have to agree with you... but pre flop was bad play from him for sure... post flop was standard...

Well, his top pair is weak and there's a possible flush on the flop so I would say the post flop call is pretty loose too. I wouldn't say it's a bad call but it's definetly not a good one. He's only ahead of draws and mid pairs basically... not much he can really beat. But since he called a 3bet pre flop with Q8o, his intention was clearly to call a shove if he hits a pair.

My grandmother always said: don't say hate, because when you hate someone, you want him to die.
Well maybe you want people to die, so I am not sure this elderly advice is something to be taken, but just like you, I put too much negative energy in this kind of situations. Fellow moster Tony MonZevenAna from Japan always have a nice eastern approach of thinking and can reason without the negativity.

Are you there Tony? EDIT: (O he actually already replied, didn't see that)
