The final table started with some early eliminations. Alexandr Tikholiz went out first, followed by Phillip Willcocks and Nick Pronk. A bit later on it was time for Mark Pagsuyin, the last player from the Philippines, to leave the final table. Now it stood clear that the APPT trophy would be leaving the Philippines.
Terry Fan was next out followed by Kevin Clark and Sim Somyung. Now there were only 2 remaining players who were going to play heads-up poker, David Hilton & Dong-bin Han.
The heads-up game was at first quite even, but after some time both of them started getting big hands and more action flops. However, everything came to an end when Hilton announced an all in with QJ and Han had picked up pocket queens. Han's 2 queens stood up and the APPT Cebu title and the first-place prize money of $148,200 was his.
