IPT San Remo: Italian took home the first prize of €170,000

The Main Event of IPT San Remo attracted 342 players when it began a couple of days ago. Yesterday the final table was played, and after many hours of poker the tournament finally had a winner.

It ended up being Marcello Antonio Caponetto from Italy who took home the tournament and grabbed the first place prize of €170,000. The total price pool was €663,480 and 48 players received a share from it.

Kinda small tournamet. I don't remember if i heared about Italian Poker Tour before... so many of them are starting everywhere ^^. Good for them cause guy from their country won. Anyone "famous" was playing there?

tournament was a bit small compared to EPTs and WPTs happening around but gives lot of wannabes chance to get some fame

I didnt heared for this tour till now Shock and as I see sponsor is poker stars,so its good torunament I suppose!good money for italian men!

Few people, but decent money for such a tournament. I do not know this guy. But I have to congratulate. Nice one!
