Bonus approved but no money in account

If you have received an e-mail saying that your bonus request has been approved but no money/tickets have been credited to your account yet, please let at least 24 hours pass (Might be some delay) before contacting support.

Please note that some bonuses are credited as tournament/sit&go tickets, not cash. Before contacting support, please read through the information on your bonus on "Bankrolls" to find out if you should have received tickets or cash.

If you have received tickets but aren’t sure how to use them, then please ask in our Forum or contact the poker site in question for further information.
