Yes they can try , think these days if open new casino must have something very special that they can get players to even register and try new casino and it must keep founding all the time something new... It's of course difficult because almost all is try already 
Don't know about how many casinos there is now and how many closed already ?

this will be hard to find anywhere,how many are still in business and how many of them are closed!you can think that everybody will earn money if they open casino site,but you can expect that somebody come and play,when they already have everything and even better things on other sites!

just with this you know that they do something that other site dont and that rules and games on this site are very different,so this should warn you when you start playing there and even make deposits,so you are right with this!you cant know what is behind this!

One more new casino out there.
