Great Place to Work UK has recently published its list of UK's Best WorkplacesTM in Tech 2021, and Kindred was among the 22 big tech organizations. One of the reasons Kindred's tech employees are motivated to go to work daily is because of its inclusive working environment. Moreover, 95% of employees say that they highly appreciate being allowed to balance their work and personal life.
For the third year in a row already, Kindred Group has been officially named Best WorkplaceTM in Tech by Great Place to Work® UK. The recognition is based from a yearly employee engagement survey which measures the extent to which employees in the organization reported a consistently great workplace experience. Factors considered in the survey include fairness, camaraderie, trust in the leadership, and physical and mental wellbeing. The survey revealed that 95% of Kindred's tech employees in the UK state they are fairly treated regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability or position. Other than that, 95% of tech workers say that Kindred is a friendly place to work - you are encouraged to balance your work and personal life.
