It's not Obama's fault. He didn't choose to get it. He may one day be regarded as a great president but to date it is a little ridiculous that he got it. There is a huge hype right now and it's very in fashion to praise him but he might suffer from being too popular. People will start to be disappointed if he doesn't live up to be the next Jesus. lol

sad to bring a thread like this on top again but.......
quote:"Quit the attention seeking dunotra, it's a bit pathetic for someone your age. You're not doing BRM any good by posting racial bs."
but....i 100% agree with JoeJeavons.
there is a dozen forums with like-minded people like you dunotra - why dont you spam them with your ****.i "probably" would understand if some young ppl are racialist, due to having wrong friends or whatever, but someone in your age ? well, without really knowing you and only judging you by your threads i think something went really wrong in your life. not like you care, but i think im gonna avoid reading your threads as each 2nd thread contains the same racial ****.

regarding nobel peace prize...
i think its no more taken serious if you look who has recieved that prize in the past few years.....ppl like milosevic who commit 4 Wars within 10 years, arafat and other dubious peeps. not quite sure if milosevic recieved the nobel peace prize, but at least he has been nominated

This only goes to show what a joke the whole "prize" is. Its a form of politics, nothing more.
It didn't use to be like that. But now we have this Obama hype going on, even tho the guy hasnt done a Damn thing yet. Other than give nice speeches. How does that qualify for a nobel peace prize?
It is only given because it is politically right, at the moment

It may not be so bad if you weren't so incoherent, your posts all just shout "look at me, look at me" and have no substance.
I live in England and have done all my life, I've succeeded in my careers because I've worked hard in doing so, I didn't have an ideal upbringing so it was hard. The only time I've ever lost a job was recently when the recession hit and it made total sense for the company to make me redundant even though at the time I was angry. I had another job a week or so after that, I took a pay cut, yes, no responsabilities, but I still worked for my living and still am.
The problem with this country is it's full of lazy fuckers who think this country owe them a living because their proud to be english and they blame the students (wtf! ) and the immigrants who come to this country to work for taking their jobs, when infact it's them who can't be bothered to get job a because their happy claiming social with a clear conscience 'because it's not their fault'.
Trademen are the worst complainers because they are being undercut by a lot of the polish builders LOL THAT'S BUSINESS, immigrant or not. This is a dog eat dog world, survival of the fittest and if you can't adapt when you need to, unlucky - you need to harden up a bit grit your teeth and get stuck in.
Narrow mindedness is really sad and I pity you because your views are the epitome of it.
It's a shame, as I used to think you were a right laugh but now as T3ddy said, I'm gona avoid your threads. Sad

I don't understand why I got a for my comment. I wasn't slagging off Obama. I happen to be very pleased that he is president. It's good that there's at least one left wing politician in the world who's popular. I can't believe he's been slagged off for wanting to give the US an NHS and even worse that the British tories are backing those critics. I hate to think what will happen to the UK when the tories win the next election.
My earlier point was just that soon Obama will suffer from being too popular. He doesn't deserve the noble peace prize yet - he hasn't done anything - but I hope that one day he will earn it. Right now this award just gives his opponents ammunition against him.
Joe I agree with you that Dunotra's opinions on nationalism and immigration are completely ill-founded especially as he is a british born immigrant in someone else's country, but there is no point in arguing with him. I guess if you're now avoiding his threads though this message is pointless.
