I am no admin but i know that the arrival of your money depends on the poker room not on thebankrollmob.com . My full tilt money was very fast on my account, but as I said, bankrollmob can do nothing about the time (i read that in another thread)

istacku83, Maybe full tilt poker wanted you to play a bit at the other pokersite before moving on to the "next one" too quickly?
(Just kidding - full tilt of course doesn't know which accounts you have... though I think it would be a good thing to SUPPORT the pokersites giving away free money, as a sign of appreciation).
However, Nitscho and Mago666 pretty much got it covered Once we send the lists to the pokersites, it's kinda out of our hands, we can pull for a reply if it takes too long time. But, we respect the huge work and money the pokersites invest in our users by giving free money, so we're not gonna go yell at them if it takes a few extra days

You need to send a message to our support, use the "Support" menu in the top. Then they will open a support ticket with the payment team to have it investigated, which will usually take a few days (if your account has not been paid until then).
