16 Nov 2009 Mercedes-Benz acquires Brawn GP team
German car giant Mercedes-Benz has taken over Brawn GP, it was announced on Monday. Mercedes engines powered Brawn to victory in both 2009 championships and the team will now be rebranded as Mercedes' works squad for 2010, with Ross Brawn remaining as team principal.

I just hope Kobayashi finds a team for the next season. That guy really made an impression on me but since he participated only in last 2 races it is hard to say was he just being kamikaze or will he drive that way in every race, I hope he will find a team and drive the way he did.
As for Brawn, wouldnt you do the same in his place? He knew that it was a good car for this season, also all big teams put their efforts toward KERS, which is not bad but it adds 70-80 kg to weight of the car and it seems it was not able to compensate for slower times. Also there was this rear wing issue which only Brawn had fully developed before season started and that was the big gamble, will FIA allow this or not was not certain before season started. After first 2 races interest in F1 risen because of that fact and it was approved. In this season, I don`t think Brawn will do that good and sane decision would be to sell something while it still has value.
17 November 2009 The new Manor GP team, currently preparing for their Formula One debut next season, have confirmed 2009 Toyota star Timo Glock to lead their driver line-up. The announcement precedes the official launch of the team later this year. Have a nice day.

Thanks for summary dunotra . I`m glad Kubica found a team, even if Schumacher is not allowed to come back if Kobayashi will drive it will be much more interesting to watch, he`s one aggressive little jap who appears to know his job. Can`t wait till March.
