That's what Ultimate told us. Might not be YOU having both accounts, but your account is "linked to multiple accounts", meaning somebody else in your house, address etc., have an account.

And based on experience and knowledge about giving free money away with an offer like this, the pokersites are not taking any chances at all, due to risk of fraud.

CWBY420, you don't have any bonus requests, how can you have similar problems? Actually, "CWBY420" is not even approved yet.

No need for sorry, CWBY420 Smile

However, I'm curious... we have another user in our system, account "spacedcwby420" with the same lastname as you, in the same city and almost the same IP address as well.

Is that an account you or a family member, made?

CWBY420, explain me this please:

1) You think (right?) that "spacedcwby420" is an account that belongs to your brother in an apartment downstairs.

2) You uploaded a gif file of something (a flag?) as your ID.

3) You failed our phone verification because you tried to verify using the SAME number as "spacedcwby420" used for verification...

Sounds fishy to me... Aww crap!

Just trying to protect ourselves against more fraud...

According to Google, there's 1.6 miles between yours and your brothers address.

Well, there's nothing to be done about rejected bonus requests here. You have to contact our support using the "support" page. Our support crew will then open up a ticket with our payment team who will contact the pokersite and investigate. It can take from 2 days to maybe a week or more.

Most requests go straight trough without any problems at all - but both we and the pokersites want to protect ourselves against ANY fraud attempt, so if somebody gets caught in the middle - well, it's a shame and sad, but there's nothing to be done about it, other than wait. It's either that, or no "no deposit bonus" at all.
