Man I have a couple of things I would like to talk about. 1. I am new here and would like to say Hi to everyone. 2. I just requested my UB bonus. 3. Hmmm i don't get it... MY state is not on the list...and it will not let me request any of the bonus's ???? this sucks lol i was looking forward to making some cash!? any suggestions

Hehe only suggestion in this case is to go candidate to the goverment yourself and change the things in your country cos mostly its banned by your country goverment not by only site or so

Ok here is the Deal with USApoker.. At least the way I see it. I might be wrong but here it goes.
By Suzan " US Government wants to get there gruby fingers in to the money "Tax" like they do with anything else. With online gaming out of country the Gov has no way to controll or monitor /1who.2.how.3,when.4.where.5what. So with that said They try to ban it. Well Online pokersites work off of share holders and when the Gov treatens to bust them and sieze all there assets the share holders FOLD and Puss out.
Now on the other hand. TILT STARS UB these sites are huge, They make 100s of thousands of dollars each day. They can afford to line the pokcets of the GOV and slip on through the cracks.. Kinda Sad but True. I was once told an old phrase by a old school Buisness man. BIG MONEY TAKES LITTLE MONEY. That is the case here I do believe.
Now as for the States of the United States that have put a ban on the gaming, that is through the state and state alone, not the federal gov, and even though these states have banned it It can still be done but These sites that are overseas wont let you. My buddy is a lawyer and he says the way he reads the law is that you can play but cashout is what is illegal. Now you might think this silly but If I ran a poker site and was under this law I would let anyone deposit that wanted to.

yes you can cashout on stars. the only way is by check though and it takes 15 days so they say but i have waited 24 days before on a check. and yes the bank will cash them but I take mine to those small little check cashing places, I just feel safer that way.
