I hope I'm posting this in the correct forum *fingers crossed
I have a question about the Mansion Poker free bankroll:
On Wednesday, January 13th, I requested the free bankroll offered from BankRollMob but when I went into my account on bankrollmob.com there was no information about my request being processed. I went back to where you're supposed to request the free bankroll and the "Request" icon was crossed out and it said I wansn't eligible for this promotion.
Now I'm confused because on Wednesday the "Request" icon wasn't struck out and I downloaded the software and did all the steps correctly. Does this mean I will no longer receive my bonus?
It may take a few more days before the bonus reaches your account. I would assume it is crossed out because you have already applied for the bonus. I got a NDB at Poker770 (which is on the same network as Mansion) and it took over 3 weeks to receive for some reason. I don't recall the Mansion bonus taking that long tho. Hope this helps

You can always email support asking if you are properly tagged to BRM, but most ipoker sites i've come across takes longer than 2-3 days to reply to an email. Only from my person experience though

Thanks for the help guys. I'll wait until the middle of the week before I contact support. The reason I'm so confused is because the Mansion Poker request isn't listed in my "Requests" section of my BankrollMob account.

think you should contact support early and not wait, as your country is no longer in the eligible countries

Is it still available and besides it's only available for Netherlands, Germany and Seden, I think...
