I'm from Belgium (Brussels), and been playing online for 3-4 months now.
The only "live" play I've had is the now ongoing Pokerchampionchip for the Poker Champion of Flanders (10 tourneys to semi final now played). I made final table 3 times out of 10 (2ndx2, 3rdx1), wich allowed me to qualify for the semi-finals in Rotterdam (Netherlands) next friday.
Online I've been playing S&G's lately, and this seems to be my thing. ie. doing well.. I played a couple of freerolls yesterday on Full Tilt to get a feel again (the BRM freeroll as well), and I Sucked!
I need some advice Pronto! I have 5 days and some time...
What can I read? Any great tournament articles? Any "miracle" articles? What/where should I play to get my game improved, especially later stages? Any Quick-Fix articles and info will do....

just put on your poker face and play like how you usually play. I find that live players seem looser than those online. You can always try playing on PKR for practise.. its the closest thing to live poker without playing live poker.
Or you can head to your nearest casino and play a bit of their SnG tourneys as practise. GL
Sun glasses and a cap. Don't speak talk to nobody. Spend your time counting how many chips are in the pot, in your stack, your opponents stacks ... Think the quantity you want to bet, say first and put chips then, with decision (bet-strings are not allowed). It's all what I learnt in live tournaments

I made the mistake the first time i went, i just put in chips without calling a raise therefore treated as a call

Yeah yeah yeah, im from Brussels too. Welcome to bankroll mob You should buy the "harrington" books : they give a good Tight agressive strategy and the 2nd volume learn you how to manage final stages ! On google, you can find many articles and sites/forum with many tips. Just go on the full tilt site, there is many pro articles... they are extraordinary, but you can find some really good tips !

Thanks for any help and advice.
Freerolls on FTP... don`t even bother adjusting your game to those. It`s pure luck, BRM freeroll more or less, depends how lucky you are with the table but other freerolls, not private are just luck.
