I don't know if this is your area admin but I will post it here anyway so you can look it up if you want.
My son registered 4 days ago and got approved 2 days ago. When he signed up through my link he only had the ID picture and his phone was not available. He sent an email to your support so he could verify the phone and did so (I know beacuse I was standing next to him). So now to the question... He is a swedish player and I should receive 1000 points, right? But I've only gotten 500 and that is beacuse he was approved as a level #2 not level #1 (he should be on level #1 as he has verified phone and ID)
I hope I'm not disturbing but these 500 points are needed for me to cash out...

Hahaha ... I wanted to be sure that my problem got to the right people. No offense admin but I've been on sites where they said it would be taken care of ... it never did. Are you marcus? Beacuse that was one really fast respond you gave me hahaha

Yes it seems to work now. Thank you admin. Fixed it within 24 hours another great experience from Bankrollmob. If you want you can lock the thread now or just let it die ...
