And remember - you can always view your request status by logging in at your Mob Account. To view a description of your current request status, simply move your mouse cursor over the text.
Here's a short description of the common statuses you might see for your request:
Processing - Request received, waiting to be processed by TheBankrollMob.
Awaiting payment - Sent to the
poker/casino site for approval and payment (if approved)
Approved - Payment made to your account, you're ready to play. Request completed.
Delayed - Could be daily limit was reached so will try your request next day, or perhaps an error we need to fix, etc. Basically there's not much for you to do, than wait a bit longer.
Rejected - Request rejected, probably due to multiple accounts or wrong/none bonuscode used. You cannot receive the
bonus.
