Hey there every 1, just have to say thank you to BRM ADMIN I won the Xmas draw but never got my prize,I won the 10+1 ticket for the Irish poker tourneys on Titan,but never got it,I talk with Titan support about it Once they didn't have a clue what I was talking about...So I never got my ticket.....then today ADMIN emailed me,wanting to fix the problem and they did it all in about 30 mins from the time I responded to there email........ I'm very happy with how they fixed this Issue...I'll be playing full tilt for awhile now thanks to them..... ....TY...TY..BRM...

lol it took lot of time to get your ticket but good that you got in the end. thats why i like brm, they are always ready to help unlike the poker sites who'll try to do everything possible to turn away from giving you what you deserve
