I registered last week,but i cant request any no depo bonuses.
Sent ID copy,and my account get verified.
What could be the problem?

Looks like something went wrong with your account when approving it. I've put it back into processing, so our investigation team will re-process it again. Don't know if it will be today though, but then tomorrow. Hopefully today.
