Hi all. It worries me how many of you think that poker is 50% luck but I suppose it's all relative.
This post is not to cause arguments or debate but just a bit of fun. Take the following list of games and put them in order from the games you think require the most skill to the games which require only luck. Start with the most skillful at the top then work your way through to the least skillful. If you don't know what some of them are, feel free to miss them out.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion so please do not give anyone no matter how ridiculous their order. I will post my order later so as not to sway anyone.
in alphabetical order Battleships Black jack Chase the ace Chess Darts Five card draw poker Jenga Minesweeper Monopoly NL Hold em Pac-man Roulette Rummy Scrabble Snakes and ladders Snooker Table football Twister

ok here's my list:
snooker darts chess (these are at top because you are either skillful in them or not its nearly all skill with very small amount of luck, the only luck involved here is the skill of your opponent) ---------------------- nl holdem minesweeper jenga pacman rummy scrabble (I put these here because they are mainly skill but with a larger amount of luck then the first few) ------------------------------- battleships blackjack table football twister (these are both skill and luck about 50-50) ---------------------- monopoly roulette snakes & ladders (these are all pure luck because there is no skill involved because you cant influence the outcome)

I'm going to try and be as specific as possible rather than put them in groups. I think for example darts has a bit more skill than snooker and nl hold em has a lot more skill than jenga. Monopoly even has a tiny bit more skill than snakes and ladders since you get to decide if you want to buy.
