hi there i had request a bankroll on party poker and they emailed me back and said that i have to register with the cashier and its no deposit its free now can anyone tell me what means that because when i try to register with the cashier it says that i have to deposit now what cashier are we talking about???tnx...

Fill in the details of your address and other info in "your account" in partypoker, validate your email and it should be ok . - tho Im not sure no deposit bonus is eligible in your country, you will have to read terms and conditions in that case.

I said your country is not eligible for the free money bonus. Try downloading another pokerroom software or check out another bankroll provider. Good luck.
