Hi can some one tell me how do I view my hand history on Full Tilt poker, oh and if any one knows how I can use this to improve my game that would be nise to
Go to the cashier window and click on "My Promotions" in the bottom right corner. When the promotions window comes up, u should see an icon labelled Hand History(Beta). Click on that and u should be able to figure out the rest.

You can also use the last hand button up the top left while still at the table.
If you are seriously wanting to improve your game by using hand histories you should download poker tracker or poker office
both have free trials (i believe) and they effectively collate all the data into one place. Want to know how much money you have made or lost with AA or 57 then you can just dial it up and it will show you.
It will also be able to show you how much you make from each position on the table.

Simply click on "options" in the lobby then "hand history". Choose which folder and the language and that's all.
This is it...just the way i did it. Hand history is very important if you like to share hands / games on the forum. POsting the results of hands allows others and yourslef analize what / when / why / who / how of the desicions you have made and also mistakes you / others might have made. This info is critical if you play against the same players day in day out or even every so oftern. Information is king in poker, if you have information on a player you know how / why they do sertain things, this gives you a fantastic edge... if you can exploit it. Hand history can also give you a record of what you are playing and thus what you play well / better at ie different levels or games. When you can play differing styles they can help you see what others / how others react to you style. FTP is good for this a you can run the hand again rather than just see what happened.

This is what I do too.
But can't say I ever look at my saved hands again. I only keep them in case I need to use them to report cheating or a mistake. I've never had to use them but it's better to be safe than sorry.
I use the at-the-table previous hand button all the time in case I miss a hand and sometimes for evaluating how I or others played. I tend to evaluate my play as I go along rather than with statistics. Even if i identify a problem though it's not something I can always fix. You have to learn naturally and sometimes it takes a lot of mistakes to get it lodged into your brain.
If you want to evaluate individual hands though you can always post them here if you're not sure if you played it well. It's often very hard to see your own mistakes.
