I am just guessing that this is a new looks cause ...well.... it looks new I do not like the doubble menu either and that thing spinning around between them makes me dizzy

It's not supposed to look like that, and it didn't during our testing. It's probably because of some caching things - check back in a few minutes and let me know if it's gone.
