If i requested an 25$ bonus on partypoker and got it approved, does that mean i can't qualify for the gift offer too? If i would deposit would i still get the gift offer? Fast respond would be great!

There is no 25$ bonus for partypoker but there is a 100$ no deposit bonus, which pays out 25 instantly. You can deposit after this without forfeiting the bonus but you cannot get the gift offer on this deposit. The gift offer is only for people who don't already have an account.
I'm not 100% on this but i'm pretty sure that's the case. If you're going to deposit you may as well get the gift offer in the first place and ignore the no deposit bonus.

You have to choose one or another cause in each case you must create a new account through BRM
