Hi all I had a idea today what do u think about a private message or chat option on this site.I think is very useful we have now over 215.000 members around the world and i think not all can understand english very well( u see it my english is bad to)ànd its only allowed to write in english.So a member had the opion to ask a other member in this own language what he must do when he understand not all thats only one example for these option. what do u think?

But I closed your poll because at this time, we're not going to allow private messages or chats, so it doesn't really matter the outcome of your poll. We'd rather not give members the impression that if, say, 80% vote "yes good idea" that it will come, since it will not come.
I understand your thoughts behind it, but right now, the cons to having PM/chat outweighs the pros, since it will make it very easy for "bad members" to recruit our members for their own websites/affiliate programs etc. We can't monitor PM's and chat all the time to make sure no such activity goes on, which is also why we don't allow the posting of contact information (e-mail address etc) in the forum.

It's a tough business
well and i think that it would mean lots of datas and am i wrong or were there few problems with the server already? I think too much trash would make it worse?!

Nah there's no issues with the server But it's located in the US and sometimes the connection to Las Vegas is not perfect, especially if you're visiting from not-so-fast internet connections.

We may create some troubles to godfather with all this private messages. So why not having at least typical contacts section in user profile? With all that skype, msn, aol, icq, yahoo contacts, you know. hm?
