Maybe mentionning what you´re talking about would be helpful? 
There are A LOT of no deposit bonuses on this site.
a little more info could go a long way to getting an answer IMO.

by the sounds of things and what i can make out of your question,
is that your countries is one of Banned Countries for a (NDB) no deposit bonus,
but like jack says more information would be helpful on your problem ,
