has to be the chicken, because to have the egg means you already need a chicken. A egg wont just pop up outta no where. Would be wondering what the answer is

well considering im an expert on the philosphy of what came first chickens or eggs i would have to say the egg cause what would the farmer ate for breakfast before he went out to breed the chickens? lol

LOL, well a chicken came from a egg but that doesn't mean there wasn't an ancestral of the chicken or n stuff like that which the chicken came from... C. we did not came from nowhere... we "birth" it almost the same concept i wanna use

it has to be the egg cos all chickens come from eggs but not all eggs come from chickens. if u believe in evolution chickens evolved from another bird that was almost like a chicken but not quite a chicken.
this bird that came before the chicken must have laid the first chicken eggs which hatched into the first chickens. so there...
