I started playing at PlayersOnly with the no-deposit offer of bankrollmob.com. They gave me 5k VIP Points to play SNGs and Tournaments. Now, i doubeld up to 10k VIP Points, and i wanted to exchange my VIP Points into Cash to play Cashgame at your site. But obviously, i cannot exchange. In the Profil my current VIP Class doesnt even exist, and it says also, that i didnt earned any VIP Points. But in my VIP Point Summary i can also see, that my redeemable VIP Points are 10,171,50. So: Why can i not exchange my VIPs? Please help me.
