bloody retard support, am been betting at one site for over 5 years now, not gonna say there name but i had a free £5 bet off them to cut a long story short cause this has thrashed my head up
its doing my head typing this out, cause i know its gonna be a long story
i place a lucky 15 bet got one winner should of got back £1.50 but they didnt pay it out, i taked to online help and there saying that its correct i shouldnt of got anythink back due to terms and cons of the promo bet,
well for the past 5 years i said you have been give me payouts on the same bets, ive got proof on early promo bets that you have payed out, there saying it must of been a error, lmao what for 5 years (retard) they started going on about that the promo money in not given back in bets with the winnings, going on and on bla blaaaa i said i know that i not on about that im on about i havnt got any money back from my bet at all, damm dont they listen to what am saying...
i said am not gonna fight over a stupid £1.50. your on about the wrong thing, they started read out the terms and cons of the promo, bla bla bla trying to prove that they right, look ive been here along time and i know the all the terms you should of payed me out i said, i swear we were fighting over who right and who wrong it was totally mad you wouldnt of thought how they carry on that they were online support then they said hang on..........
erm i think you could be right, no s**t i said i know am right, i was talking to them for about 35 min, trying to prove this person has got it wrong there thick as s**t i though........ so i asked them how long have you been working here they said get ready for this........................... 2 days lmao, that says it all how they were carry on, new job eh and thinks they know it all.............. you have had good trainning then.......... cause you know nothing, cut backs or something
well i can credit the money now to your account ............. i said dont bother i dont want it i dont want any money or promo bets anymore obviously your boss need the money to train up his staff better ive wasted at least in total 40mins of my life trying to prove that your wrong all over £1.50,
could you also close my account down cause i dont like to deal with monkeys, they said that they will pass the message on to there manager..........
phewwww got that of my chest, i werent botherd about the money it was that they was calling me a lier, and when i know that am right i fight all the way................ to the last breath

I was talking by chat with a very nice person name Wendy ( is not her real name for sure ... even she could be boy! ) because I had great problems to withdraw and to get a bonus and she helped me a lot. Maybe she is an exception ...

Actually all of my encounters with online support except for one have been very pleasant.. Besides the one where i asked something and they gave me an answer for something completely irrevelant.. But it might be a "Newbie" just like dozn go to deal with lol.

I've been recently (this past week and still on-going) having a bit of a nightmare with CS @ PKR. Don't get me wrong, in the past they've been great for me - but this last week - a transaction went missing - and they kept acting like i didn't know what i was talking about, wait another day, wait to end of week, oh its prob fine, it'll come through by monday - etc. As a result - my problem has been forwarded to their transactions team about a week after I knew there was a problem, if they just fookin listened to me instead of treating me like an idiot, the whole process would have been moved forward about 4 working days - and I wouldn't still be waiting for them to *find* my money they've somehow lost.

It comes down to the cash indeed ! Still waiting also Tell me what should i do dozn01 or maybe arsenej1 can help me out with this ? Maybe i need to forget about it as dozn01 rules and wins again or just being patience as we are still in first days of october and the money still can arrive as arsenej1 told . Just wondering what it will be .
