If you're referring to the freeroll's then you must register to that specific poker room as a BankrollMob affiliate. If you've already got an account at the rooms, then unfortunately you can't play in the freerolls.

You don't need to take the NDB's to get into the freerolls. I believe the gift offers and deposit bonus's if done through BRMs links would also be fine. So long as you account is tracked to BRM.
