So I'm not allowed to exchange my gift, but it gets confiscated because I tried?
How are going to 'put it back into the Christmas Calendar, so somebody else will be able to win it at a later time' when Christmas is over?

He won £5 Free Sport Bet - No exchange << If you looked at the prizes some clearly said no exchange. 200 MobDraw tickets wich I assume you did not try to exchange. Just ungreatfull.

As B1gfoot mentions, the prize did say "no exchange" and that's basically all there is to it, and then I'll avoid mentioning the reason you wrote! Case closed.
