If you follow the link in the BRM bankrolls iam sure youll get the "term and conditions" page where its talking about the conditions you need toplay and how many points you need to cash-out.
In my opnion you shouldnt even think about withdrawl for now cause iam sure it will take time for you to make the enough points and youll need alot of points for sure, as it happens in all the free bankrolls offered by all the sites.
