about Mob Draw If at the end when draw happens and say for instace there is enough in the pot for 3 winners of 5000 but there is leftover points in there and not enough too make another 5000, does the remaiing points fall over to the next weeks draw or do they just disappear?

No. The tickets you buy are for that week only - if you don't win that week. For next week, your tickets are gone. But the draw will always start out with "prize leftovers" from the week before.

oh ok, so you are instill in the lottery. That might get some complicated, if 9.999 tickets are buyed, it means there is on ticket for 9.999 tickets and the next draw has a jackpot of 4.999 tickets for free

I don't know what you mean hajinho, but I think it's wrong
If there are 9,999 points in the draw for one week, then there's only 1 $50 prize (5000) and 4,999 points will be carried over to next week. None of the tickets will get carried over so you still have to purchase tickets again (and the prize will then increase accordingly).

It actually means that once you start playing the draw, you need to keep playing it the following weeks because some of your buy-ins are carried over to the next week. It would be +EV to keep playing.
So once you start, you should basically never stop. (the oldest Gambling adage, by the way)
