You say about patience. How can I undestand that?! I have been waiting 18 days. And I havent recieved answer: will I recieved bonus? I say more: I have recived noone answers, only be patiant, waiting and etc. That is loooool! How much have I waintig month. year?! Youd better at once to say that I wouldnt recieve bonus and dont cost your and my time. BB!

well he does have a small reason to be abit upset they havent told him either way whats going i would just email them again calmly and ask them whats going on and express it to them they are good they will help

Yeah he's got a small reason to be upset, cause 18 days is some time. I dont know if you wrote normal emails or only in the message system but sometimes BRM can be a bit slow answering probably cause they are so busy. Maybe they just dont like your name lol

And this is exactly why we recommend people to read the FAQ before they contact the support - if parazzit did that, he would be able to solve the problem himself within a few minutes, as he have not requested any pokerbonus yet! We can't pay a bonus, unless he requests it.
Currently for all the pokerbonuses except CD Poker, a request needs to be made. Only the CDPoker bonus is "request-less" as cdpoker/pokerroomschool handles it all.

so when do you think you may have some new bonuses or site upgrades for us the brm if not for a while no worrys as over the last month the site had alot of bonuses and new features
