Greetings,

Hoping for some reassurance from admin or support.

I signed up for and received a no deposit bonus at Rummy Royal,
but I haven't received any points or notification from BankRollMob.

Just wanted to make sure it was tracked.

We can only give Mob Points on bonuses that are handled through us. RummyRoyal takes care of the bonus themselves so it doesn't go through us, ie. we can't see who received it and who didn't, that's why it doesn't pay any Mob Points.
