Don't understand a thing being said since us Americans think english is the only language out there, but it's funny as can be. I can tell the man is really excited and I think I got IT GOL. Enjoyed and didn't mean nothing about the american comment. I get pizzed at a lot of us for our ways.

Context apart, It's seems just a regular commentator to me; this is the way people live soccer in countries like Argentina, Brazil and Spain. At this case, commentator is clearly a Barcelona FC's fan, and Real Madrid is it biggest Barcelona's rival in Spain league.
