Danny I got the same problem as you. Ive emailed them twice in the last week now and no response. I talked to live chat but that was a big waste all they said was theyll get to my email soon. Might take a whole nother week though.

My question is this.

on Thursday I was able to have a conversation with BRM support through email now they cant even reply to me back?

cant help yuou there mate i won $20 on crack the safe on the 22nd of february and havnt had it yet and no one will tell me anyting, i just get told to wait

I talked to the live chat too but the only thing they say is " send a mail to [email protected]"

ADMIN !!! please amswer my questions mate, ive had a few referals, and also ive done all asked of me. And now when its time for me to be paid out no one wants to know. Why is this am i gonna get this cash or not, least then i can stop going on about it if i know

I dont know why it has taken so long danny , when i cracked it i think i recieved it within 24 hours so why its taken this long is beyond me. I know waiting is bloody annoying but im sure you will get it eventually mate....

im really beggining to doubt it now im losing faith in receiving anyting, admin used to answer my posts, but i think ive enoyed them, so now they wont answer me atall my own fault for asking so much, but still would be nice to know whats happening

ye but it makes me think, because admin was online when i posted these ealier, and could quite easily have answerd but chose not too ,why is this. Im beggining to think now that somet dodgy going on. I gave my id over the internet to join here, and when it comes to me getting my money i cant get paid out and no one will tell why this is, now if im wrong im sorry, but to me that sounds dodgey, i tink i might have to phone the passport office and see if all my detais have been used as im worried now for the safety of my identy being used.

I believe I've told you at least once, that I cannot do anything about it. It's like asking Bill Gates to take care of some guy who bought a used copy of windows xp in a grocery store Big Smile Ok, now exactly the same, but you know what I mean Blink

But I believe payment team is aware of your cashout request, I don't know what the hold up is.

ha ha behave dannyjon they are not going to use your ID for anything and there is no conspiracy agianst you im sure there is a reasonable explanation and you will be paid soon enough

lol na was only joking, i know admin are really busy they have more important things to do than chase up after my requests allday, there are many members on here who all have have questions and quearies, so i guess i will have to stand in the que like every one else lol and it was a joke about the passport office just not one of my better ones
