Hello , I'm facing problems submiting an offer here. It's about Celeb poker's $199. I am from Romania , i tried to register for that offer, i saw my country that is eligible for this offer ,but after i downloaded the setup i need to complete the form with my infos , and i can't find my country into that list i need to select. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

Unfortunately the regular Celeb Poker offer(199$ free) it's not available for Romania. Instead of this offer you get free tickets to some tournaments. Here is what they offer: "Banned Countries
If you're from one of the banned countries (listed below in Terms & Conditions)), you will receive a different bonus: 100 CPP's to buy in for a total of $2000 in free tournaments. Celeb Poker does not accept players from Italy anymore.

I understand that if romania is a banned country for celeb poker(giving the fact that is an allowed one in eligible countries list) so .. i`ll recive 100CPP; how can i request them , becouse i need to complete 5 steps, and in one of them i need to select my country and it isn't showed there. Thanks.
