Was this a correct push?
I have tried to get a range from the ICM Nash calulator but it does seem to like the payout structure so just gives an error. Payout is last 7 - 31%, 21.5%, 16.5, 12.5%, 9%, 6%, 3.5%

nothing wrong in my eyes, i would say its maybe a bit early to push with 2s but not bad there is alot in the pot to take down but if you dont mind flipping at this stage if you get called praying they dont have a pair of course but if you do survive the flip your in a good position to do well. think it depends who is after you to if they are willing to call you light because i would not say your begging for a call you want them to fold but if they do call with Ax or KQ, KJ your not in to bad of a shape. Did you win the flip btw

I hate people who overate pocket 2s. In my eyes they are useless and you may as well as have shoved any hand. Pocket 2s are a flip against any hand at best so shouldn't really be played like a pair. But lets look at the hand in question.
You're on the button so stealing the pot is very typical play with 11 big blinds. But you haven't told us whether the blinds were loose or tight players. If you knew the big blind was likely to call then I'd say you should fold. Yes you need to double up soon but with 11 blinds and on the button the pressure is relatively lax and I wouldn't look for a flip so soon. Also note that the big blind has less chips than you so you don't even get the double up if you win the flip but are out of the game if you lose. If both players had more chips than you and were relatively tight looking to at least min-cash, then now would be a good time to shove and take advantage of the situation (not necessarily your cards) and if you should get called hope it's against two over-cards. That is if you are looking for a high finish yourself and have a good bankroll to counter variance and can afford to lose a few games in order to win more.

Being the button with 22 with given stacksizes and blinds and antes and folded to you its a standard push, well played. No matter if you loose or win its standard.
This got nothing to do wheter the SB/BB is loose or tight, your short, you have a semi monster and you can get a huge pot with blinds and antes or you get a flip HU or are dominated by 33+, so standard push.

Personall I dont like it, the reason is just as awood says, yes you need to be shoveing, but you are shoving in to the SS, chances are he is going to be playing any 2 here, so in a normall situation yes shove, but against SS id of droped it. Also as doomdy says it not to much to do with the bbs aggresin, but his stack suggests he is going to have to call, and TBH its a good time for him to call with pretty much ATC. Re-cap, norally a standard shove, but not agains shorty IMO. At final tables, the $ increases a lot for each place, you can afford to hold out with 10bb.

I always enjoy the variety of opinions posted to hand histories, thanks all.
I did not have a read on the BB as this was within the first few hands of the final table and we hadn't played on the same table before, besides which I thought that a players style was less relevant in a "push or fold" situation.
No I didn't win the flip - BB had A Q so it was goodnight from me!
